Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, with a focus on onboarding new customers.
- Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options.
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, primarily over the phone.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
- 401k
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Requirements:
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Outgoing and friendly personality with a great phone presence
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to learn and utilize computer functions
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Licensing will be required.

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
